Our Support staff will bend over backwards to assist your admins, super users, managers and end-users/agents with all their questions and configuration requests. Nothing makes us happier than satisfied customers. Now, as long as the number of support requests are reasonably in line with the number of users and the size of your installation, all is well. Managed FreeScout reserves the right to spread the use of our support over time or to reprioritize support requests.
